I’m Heather Berry, LCSW, and for over 30 years, I’ve worked alongside people navigating anxiety, burnout, and life’s hardest transitions, from first responders carrying trauma to women redefining themselves after years of caring for others... Is this group in-person or online?

This round is fully online, so you can join from wherever you are, in comfortable clothes, with tea in hand.

What if I miss a session?

Life happens. Each session will be recorded and available for a limited time so you can catch up. You are encouraged to attend live as much as possible for the full experience.

Do I need prior therapy experience?

No—all you need is a willingness to participate.
