We will partner with you to determine your goals and a pathway to meet them. With compassion, our skilled practitioners will support and guide you towards balance and emotional well-being. If you plan to come in person, we know it’s a small town, and privacy and confidentiality are our priority. If you have unresolved struggles, feelings of "not-enoughness", or feel like life is on "rinse and repeat", then reach out.

It’s Time for YOU! is a 3-month online gathering for women in midlife ready to pause, breathe, and ask—what do I want now?

Through soulfully guided support, reflective practices, and real connection, this experience invites you to reclaim your joy, reimagine your future, and feel held while you figure it out.

What You’ll Receive:

  • Mind-body practices rooted in trauma wisdom & nervous system care

Rooted & Rising

A Mentorship Circle for Therapists/Helpers of all kinds​

A 3-month support circle for therapists who feel isolated, uncertain, or quietly burnt out.  This unique and safe space offers restorative mentorship for new and seasoned therapists alike—especially those craving connection, clarity, and guidance from someone who’s walked this path.

What’s Included:

  • Biweekly Zoom gatherings

  • Weekly emails with nourishing tools & prompts

  • Private online group (Slack or WhatsApp)

  • Optional 1:1 check-in with Heather

You give so much. Let this be where you receive. This isn't supervision, this is nourishment.

EMDR - Deep Trauma Recovery

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an extensively researched, effective treatment method proven to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders. EMDR therapy is designed to resolve unprocessed traumatic memories in the brain, and for some clients, may resolve in fewer sessions. This offering is a full day or half day of space and focus to make the deep dive into a true recovery.  This unique method is not supported by insurance.

Support For First Responders

Specialized support and attention to the experiences affecting First Responders.  We pay attention to the toll on families and relationships, struggling with the balance of demanding and often traumatic experiences on-the-job and providing for the needs of family at home. 

Our Classes

We offer a variety of classes that contribute to your wellbeing, join us!

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

Train your attention to cultivate self-awareness, to make more fully reasoned out and wise decisions in your day-to-day life. You are invited to incorporate mindfulness into your routine, which will also help you be more aware of the present and focus on it. Avoid rumination, either on the past or the future. Learn to respond to stress, rather than reacting to it. 7-week program.

Still Water Meditation

Beginner or advanced Meditator, we welcome you to join us in this 8-week program of breath work, guided mediation, gentle movement, and de-stress exercises. Attend in person or online from work or home.

Compassion Fatigue

A 5-week program to re-ignite your empathy. Scaffold specific skills to rebuild your capacity to care for yourself and others… no matter what’s ahead.

We understand that these are uncertain, and unprecedented stressful times. If you have forgotten how to care for yourself and just care for others, then join us in a supportive and rejuvenating 5 weeks of remembering who you are.

A Compassion Care-Package will be delivered to your door, with all the supplies you need!! Supplies include- art tools for art therapy exercises, kinetic tools for healing, self-care supplies, handouts, and more!

Art Therapy

Art therapy can open you to new insights and understandings like no other method.   This therapeutic series involve the use of creative techniques such as paint, collage, sculpting to help participants to express themselves and improve their physical, mental and emotional well-being in a gentle and non-judgmental space.
