About The Event

We will start with a mental mindset and very gentle movement of stretching to wake up. Then we will walk!! We will chat and move. We will greet the day outside and with intention. We will laugh together. We will feel the fresh morning lake air and move our bodies at our own pace.

Lets's talk about the start...

Meeting at Tillie Creek Campground Site 4 Park your car so you are not blocking anyone who may be leaving. Wewill circle up and greet each other, and the day. I will have a brief "mediation or insportation",. You will receive an informaitonal handout EACH WEEK, full of useable information about health, movement and positive mental mindset. Then we are off...

The movement!

You can walk as little or as far as feels comfortable to you. There will be clear options for half mile and 1 mile and 2 mile turn arounds. You will return to your car and start your day at your own pace. Have a good one. I will not be pulling you along and I won't hold your hand. I'm going to help you get started with a clear mind and positive energy. You will decide when you need to turn back and how much you need to push yourself.

Wear comfortable shoes and clothes that suits the weather. Bring your own water bottle and another water in the car to drink on the way home.

NO DOGS! bummer rightZ? But let's not add more complication, and let's ficus on our own needs. So no exceptions....no dogs.

What about babies? Yes Babies!!! This walk is manageable with a trail worthy stroller. Mom, your up and anyway!

Older folks? Yes! What about my knees? What about my fybromyalgia? Yep, you are likely to feel worse the next day, Science is clear that the best treatment for fibromyalgia is movement.

Depressed and can't motivate? Drag yourself out... and lets feel better.

One last thing... you are a grown up. Watch where you are going, if you trip and twist an ankle....I will not be liable for any mishap and check with your doctor to be sure that walking is in your health plan.
